There is a new legislation aimed at making the Police Oversight Commission Task Force larger.

City Councilors Brad Winter and Rey Garduno say they want the task force to increase from 11 people to 15.

The councilors say it would increase diversity.

The legislation will be introduced during the September 16th city council meeting.
