Missing autistic teen found in Colorado

FARMINGTON -- A teen with autism who went missing in Farmington on Friday evening has been found safe.

Farmington police said 17-year-old Travis Brown was found around 1:20 p.m. in Durango, Colo.

Within 30 minutes of receiving the report of the missing teen, Durango police located Travis and returned him to his family, according to the Farmington Police Department.

The teen disappeared the same day an autistic child was reported missing in Corrales, N.M.
