Governor Susana Martinez is under scrutiny to her calendar.

Two media outlets say she is giving them incomplete and inconsistent information.

The Associated Press claims it requested a list of trips showing all state business and political appointments during the three months leading up to last year’s election.

The AP says the Governor’s Office failed to mention at least one trip and there is some conflicting information.

The Santa Fe Reporter is suing the governor claiming she violated the state Inspection of Public Records Act.

The law allows the media public access to government records.

The Governor’s Office told KOB Eyewitness News 4 that an on-line calendar is posted with Martinez’s public appearances.
