The Cleveland Storm football team is undefeated and one reason is Desmond Branch.

The senior lineman is one of the most recruited players in the state this year.  Branch has scholarship offers from the University of New Mexico, New Mexico State, UTEP and Eastern Michigan (with other recruiting visits at schools like Colorado University and Iowa State).  The 6’4” 235 pound lineman was a first-team All-state selection last year.

Branch’s father, David, played nose guard for the Lobos.  His brother Brandon is a safety at UNM.  Another brother, Alan, played for the University of Michigan and currently plays for the Buffalo Bills.  His other brother, David, played college football in Arizona.
