Friday is the last day of early voting for the Albuquerque special and runoff election.

Albuquerque voters can cast their ballot at any of twelve polling locations until 6 p.m. on Nov. 15. Residents must bring a photo ID to vote.

On the special election ballot, voters will decide on a proposed ordinance to ban late-term abortions in the city. On the runoff ballot, District 7 voters will pick their new city councilor.

So far, more than 33,000 people have cast their ballot early.

Election day is Nov. 19. Voting will take place in 50 locations throughout the city from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Voters may also find Election Day voting centers, as well as check to see if there are lines, at where2vote.unm.edu.
