BernCo Treasurer's Office closed after substance investigation

The Bernalillo County Treasurer's Office is closed Friday after a non-hazardous substance was found in the office, according to the county.

The substance was located in the basement of 1 Civic Plaza this morning. All employees were sent to the hospital as a precaution. KOB is told everyone is OK.

The Albuquerque Fire Department determined the substance was not hazardous.

All other offices in the building remain open.
