A grandmother is pleading for justice.
She said someone knocked on her grandson’s door and shot him right in the face.
That was three months ago and still no one has been arrested.
“It is very important to find his killer because this boy meant the world to us,” said Dolores Miller.
Her grandson, Stoarmy Vargas, was killed at his home back on October 25th.
Miller said he had everything to live for.
“He had barely turned 22, he was going to get married. He had a beautiful girlfriend and they were going to get married as soon as he finished law school," said Miller.
That dream never happened.
Roswell police said he was shot in the head on his doorstep.
“They put a gun on his head and they just shot him," said Miller.
Vargas’s grandmother wants to find who did this.
“With all my heart to please find his killer, because it's not right for somebody to go and kill you in your house. Knock on the door and shoot you right in the head," said Miller.
She is pleading to anyone who knows anything about this murder to come forward.
"I want them caught, I don't care what I have to go through you know, I want them caught," said Miller.
To get some sort of peace for a life that ended too soon.
“He was my son, and I’ve been going through hell trying to find out who murdered him. I just want justice," said Miller.
Roswell police tell KOB Eyewitness News 4 they are actively investigating this homicide.
