Arraignment for the man charged in a fatal drunk driving crash has been postponed until Thursday.

Police said Jacob Williams hit a motorcycle carrying Daniel Sanchez and his daughter, Megan, on Saturday. Sanchez was killed in the crash.

Williams faces a slew of charges, including DWI and vehicular homicide.

Back in 2006, Williams was sentenced to prison for killing a man while driving drunk. The judge that sentenced him is the brother of the man killed in the crash on Saturday.
