Cancer painkiller mixed with heroin blamed for 22 deaths

(WPXI)  At least 22 people have died in western Pennsylvania over the last week from heroin overdoses.

Health officials say the deaths are result of people mixing heron with Fentanyl, a synthetic morphine substitute.

Fentanyl is much more powerful than morphine and has been blamed for similar deadly clusters of overdoses in the past.
