No one likes a bad deal.

In Rio Rancho, Laurie Kramer bought rodeo tickets that she later learned were well overpriced.

She didn't realize she bought them off a third-party website after clicking on a Google ad; a site which jacked up the prices significantly.

She paid $69 each for tickets that originally went for just $24 face value.

Santa Ana Star Center General Manager Gunnar Fox said, believe it or not, there are people who fall victim to third-party ticket sites for events at the Star Center several times per month.

He's not surprised that out-of-state sites do this.

"You know, we bring world-class entertainment to Rio Rancho, and when you bring world-class entertainment, this is the kind of thing you're going to deal with," Fox said.

That's why Fox preaches ticket buying education.

Yes, Laurie Kramer got a lesson. She hopes you can learn from her mistake.
