FBI special agents believe they got the guy responsible for plastering hate all over a Jewish deli in Nob Hill.

They arrested 58-year-old John Ng.

On Saturday, the owner of Nosh Deli sat down exclusively with KOB Eyewitness News 4.

It was a busy day at Nosh, and for owner Alisa Turtletaub, the day brought a big relief.

"My mouth dropped," she said.

She has spent months wondering who could be responsible for these hateful anti-Semitic words on her Jewish deli. Now, an arrest has been made.

"Part of me wants to meet him, part of me doesn't want to meet him," she said. "I guess anybody in this situation you want to know why. Why do you have so much hate?"

The process to figure that out starts soon.

Ng is will be arraigned on unspecified federal charges Monday. His age and his name are the only details the FBI has released.

Turtletaub says his arrest is a step toward justice after an ugly crime.

She says she is looking forward, even if that means being in the middle of a federal trial.

"In order for the system to work, you have to have people who are willing to participate," she said. "I would testify if I needed to. I hope this sends a message."
