A man, who tried to collect his winnings at Sandia Casino with a fake ID, landed behind bars.

Ray Maestas faced a judge on Saturday morning.

When Maestes tried to cash in with the fake Id, Sandia Police checked up on him and found out he was wanted on three felony warrants for violating his probation.

Police say they also found a bag of morphine in powder form in his pocket.

Maestas is in the Bernalillo County Jail on several drug charges.
