(NBC News) -- It's the final day to enroll in a health care plan under the Affordable Care Act and avoid a penalty.
After a roughly four hour outage this morning the federal website is working again, but millions of people are flooding it, leading to warnings about delays.
It's estimated 6.5 million people will have signed up by the end of today.
That's less than the white house originally hoped for, but more than they had been expecting after the early problems with the site.
The Obama Administration says more than two million others visited the website this weekend.
