A man is accused of posing as a doctor to try to fill prescriptions for himself.

A pharmacist at an Albuquerque Walgreens told deputies that 33-year-old Robert Elliot called in several prescriptions, ranging from Adderall to prescription pain killers, and said he was a doctor with “North American Spine Pain.”

Deputies arrested Elliot after matching his voice to the one on the voicemail of the Walgreens call-in line.
