With the search of just one home in Albuquerque, police say they've been able to return stolen property to 20 people and put the suspected serial burglar behind bars.

Adam Trujillo appeared in court on Saturday morning. He faces multiple counts of receiving stolen property.

Police said they searched his home and found a stash of stolen items, like TVs and jewelry. Since then, police have returned the property to 20 victims.

Police found Trujillo thanks to a tip from a victim who recognized two suspects involved in a stolen vehicle chase. In January, Bernalillo County sheriff's deputies and state police officers chased a stolen truck at high speeds across Albuquerque. The victim told police he recognized the suspects as Daniel Mason and Felysia Chavez.

Police said they found Mason living with Trujillo. In their home, officers reported finding the stolen property.
