A cook at an Albuquerque halfway house is accused of licking food and then serving it to probation and parole officers.

Yolanda Arguello, 59, worked for the New Mexico Women's Recovery Academy. According to the criminal complaint, Arguello licked cheese on sandwiches, served ice dropped on the floor and even put an ice cube she sucked into an officer's cup.

Police say people living in the facility witnessed Arguello performing these acts. She faces three counts of battery on a peace officer.
