Two Hobbs men will face capital murder charges in connection with the death of a 24-year-old woman.

According to the Carlsbad Current-Argus, Juan Villegas and Carlos Najera are both being held on $1 million dollar bonds. They are charged in the murder of Anna Villegas, whose body was found north of Loving near the Pecos River last November.

Villegas and Najera were extradited to Gaines County, Texas, where law enforcement officials believe the men actually murdered Villegas.

Police say the men took her body north of Loving, where a hunter discovered her the next day.
