Friends of a Hobbs woman who went missing in Lubbock, Texas, will release balloons on the 10th anniversary of the day she disappeared.

Jennifer Wilkerson, then 26, was last seen on July 13, 2004. Her boyfriend told the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office that he last saw her heading to work. She made it home, but never reported to work.

Wilkerson's vehicle and house and car keys were found at her home.

Ten years later, few details are known about her disappearance.

Friends and community members plan to release balloons on Sunday at 1 p.m. in Del Norte Park in Hobbs. They haven't stopped searching for Wilkerson and hope to spread the word about the case.

"It only takes one heart to be persuaded to come forward with the right information to bring Jennifer home," a message reads on the Jennifer Wilkerson (Missing) Facebook page.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jennifer Wilkerson is asked to the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office at 806-775-1601. You can call anonymously 1-800-843-5678.
