The man accused of peeping on two teenage girls last year will be sentenced at a later date.

Last September, Albuquerque police said Dylan Maho watched the two girls through a window while he stood outside the home naked near Sage and Unser.

According to APD, the father of the two girls, Emilio Chavez, went after Maho and beat him up.

Chavez was charged with aggravated battery.

In court Tuesday, Maho's attorney asked for a continuance. The victims also wanted to give a statement before the sentencing.
