University of New Mexico police have sent their completed investigation into the alleged rape of a student to the Bernalillo County district attorney's office.

Back in April, a woman accused two Lobo football players, SaQwan Edwards and Crusoe Gongbay, and Central New Mexico student Ryan Ruff of raping her in a blue BMW.

Her attorney later said she believed she was drugged.

The district attorney ended up dropping the charges against all three of the suspects while police were still investigating the case.

However, the district attorney's office says the charges could still possibly be refiled at any time.
