Parents, we know it can be exhausting trying to figure out ways to entertain your kids during summer break. It can also be expensive.

What if we told there's a program that lets kids bowl for free.

"If they can roll a ball, they're old enough to bowl," said Delfina Eddington with Silva Lanes in Northeast Albuquerque.

It's called "Kids Bowl Free" – a program that lets kids bowl 2 free games, every day, during the summer. The only thing you have to pay for are your kids' bowling shoes.

Bowling isn't only fun but it gets the moving. Studys show that bowling 2 games is like walking about about half a mile. "So you always want to keep them active and going, and this is something they can do every single day," said Eddington.

So how do you sign up?

-       Go to
-       There you'll find "Kids Bowl Free"
-       Check your email to find free passes, every week
-       Bring passes to the bowling alley and have fun!
