The man accused of giving drugs to a 14-year-old girl who died at a foam party posted bond on Monday morning.

A judge set Eric Stone's bond at $100,000 during his arraignment. According to the Sandoval County district attorney's office, Stone posted bond after the hearing.

Police arrested Stone last November on charges that he sold MDMA, a pure form of Ecstasy, to Hannah Bruch.

The Santa Fe teen died after a foam part at Expo New Mexico in August. Toxicology reports showed she had a large amount of the drug, which is also known as "Molly," in her system.

Police say Stone admitted to selling the drugs to Bruch and her friends.

He is facing several charges of distribution of controlled substances to a minor.
