A bomb squad determined a suspicious package found in the Santa Fe Children's Museum was not dangerous on Monday afternoon.

Santa Fe police evacuated around 20 preschool-aged kids after a gift-wrapped package with a button reading "push me" was found in the building.

The package tested negative for chemicals and explosives. The bomb squad also sprayed the item with a water cannon.

The museum will reopen at 2:30 p.m.
