(NBC)  It's showtime for the performers on "America's Got Talent".

The summer-long talent search goes live from Radio City Music Hall for the rest of the season starting tonight on NBC.

The variety that is the hall mark of "AGT" will be on display with the first dozen acts.

"What an amazing pot to get to pick from," says judge Mel B.  "The talent is overflowing."

Pressure is also overflowing for the performers as they vie for a million dollar prize.

Some are very young, some are more experienced, but they're each embarking on what amounts to a brand new audition.

"They have to walk in there like they absolutely own it," Mel B. says, "and everything is riding on that one audition.  Their audition."
