A New Mexico burglar was caught on camera robbing a store near Grants. In the video, he's seen crawling around to avoid motion sensors.

The surveillance video shows the man slipping into Bowlin's Trading Post through a vent by a back door. Cibola County Deputies say the man is Sean Chesser.

The man can be seen dragging himself on the floor. Deputies say he snuck to a back room, where he disconnected the surveillance system for the rest of his time there. Deputies suspected it was someone who'd worked there before, since he knew how to do that.

Deputies say after he disconnected the system, he stole more than $100,000 worth of jewelry, knives and lighters, packed them in a truck and stole the truck too.

Police were able to use the video that did record, along with information from the store about past employees, to identify the suspect as Chesser. They arrested him and found that he'd tried to pawn off some of the stolen goods.
