A new documentary called "Netiquette" premiered Saturday evening in downtown Albuquerque.
People filled the seats in the Kimo Theater to watch the film.
Netiquette takes a look at how parents can protect their children when it comes to the internet and all the apps out there.
"What you post on the internet whether it be Facebook or Twitter has a lasting effect. It's always on the internet. It's never going to be officially deleted. So if you post something that you're gonna regret your future employers can go back and look at this and see what you posted even as a teenager," said Danae Maez with the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council.
The idea for the film came from a few Albuquerque students.
If you missed the screening Saturday, you can watch it on KOB Thursday Aug. 28 starting at 7.
The film will be followed by a live 30-minute show with experts.
