A military family lost some very important photos while traveling through Albuquerque on Monday. They hope someone may have found them.

Martina Capps told KOB Eyewitness News 4 her family stopped at the ¡Explora! Science Center and Children's Museum during their move from California to Colorado.

While at the museum with their two young children, the strap of Capps' Canon Powershot SX30 camera came loose and went missing in the cafe area.

Capps says she's not that bothered about the camera, but says photos from her husband's deployment homecoming and the family's trip to the Grand Canyon were still on the camera.

She hopes it's not too late to get the photos back.

If you have found the camera, please email news@kob.com so we can help reunite these photos with the Capps family.
