A road rage incident ended with shots fired in the parking lot of the Home Depot on Renaissance Boulevard NE in the North Valley on Thursday.

According to Albuquerque police, a man with a gun got out of his vehicle as another man drove toward him in the parking lot and then ran him over.

The man with the gun, who had just been run over, fired a shot at the vehicle as it drove away.

Police say the man who was run over suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to the hospital.

The man who fled the scene was driving a large "dually" pickup truck, according to police. They are investigating who was the primary aggressor in the incident.
