Steve Stucker sends out happy birthday wishes to viewers each weekday morning on Eyewitness News 4 Today.  Fill out the form below to send in your birthday greeting.

Submissions must be received a minimum of two weeks prior to birthday.

Submissions are added to the list on a first-come, first-served basis.  We are limited to 12 names on the list per day.  Some days fill up very fast.  So please get your requests in early.
