What A Difference A Week Makes

Last week at this time Lobos fans had the NCAA Tournament dancing through their heads. This week the Lobos get Nebraska in the NIT. I've heard a bunch of different ideas about what happened to the Lobos in MWC Tournament. It's not a matter of want, of coaching, of effort, in some games your shot doesn't fall and the game against Wyoming was one of those games. 3-for-23 from the 3-point line doesn't happen often but when it does, your chances of winning are silm and none. Two years ago the Lobos finished last in the Mountain West Conference and lost the play in game to TCU. With Steve Alford at the helm your fighting for post season play and you won a regular season championship. The good ship Lobo is headed in the right direction.

Next up in Nebraska in the first round of the NIT. One more game in the PIT for the Lobos.
