UNM coach facing harassment complaint

University of New Mexico head football coach Mike Locksley is facing a sexual harassment complaint.

UNM Athletic Director Paul Krebs confirmed at a news conference Friday that a complaint has been filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Krebs refused to give specific information about the allegation at the news conference.  

In a copyrighted story in Friday's Albuquerque Journal,  Krebs said that the allegation doesn’t involve unwanted advances and he believes the complaint had an age discrimination component to it.

Locksley, according to the Journal story, said that since coming to the school at the end of last year the program has been in transition and transitions can be difficult.
