Santa Rosa city manager may face criminal charges
Jesus RoybalEyewitness News 4 has learned criminal charges may be pending against the city manager of Santa Rosa after a confrontation with police.
Jesus Roybal, who is also the former chief of police in Santa Rosa, allegedly got into a confrontation with a police officer last Saturday at Joseph's Cantina.
Police say they have an audio recording of Roybal arguing with an officer.
Roybal and his wife have been summoned to court on the pending charges.
