Fugitive of the Week: Roxanne Morrissey

The United States Marshals Service and its Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force (SWIFT) are currently seeking the whereabouts of Roxanne MORRISSEY, in reference to an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court for Violations of Supervised Release. MORRISSEY’s original charge was Possession of Stolen Mail Matter / Mail Fraud.

MORRISSEY uses numerous aliases including: Roxanne VERTNER, Tonda GARRIGER, Julie MCGOUGH, and Bonnie FOWLER MORRISSEY is also wanted by New Mexico Probation and Parole for violating Probation on the underlying 3rd degree forgery count. MORRISSEY has an additional warrant issued by the Isleta Police Department on a Failure to Appear charge for Driving on a Revoked / Suspended license.

MORRISSEY’S criminal history includes: Bank Fraud, Forgery, and Child Abandonment.

MORRISSEY is described as a 36 year-old White Female, 5’7”, approximately 120lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
