One Albuquerque soldier continues to fight for legislation that will recognize the burn pit fumes he says are deadly.

We first told you about Master Sgt. Jessey Baca back in July.

He served two tours in Iraq and is now suffering from Constrictive Bronchiolitis.

He believes the burn pits are the cause.

Those pits are giant garbage dumps that are lit on fire with jet fuel.

We're told on November 3, Sen. Tom Udall (D-NM) plans to introduce the "Open Burn Pits Registry Act."

The bill would create an official registry documenting troops exposed to the pits.
