A State Police officer's dashcam caught video of a man getting arrested for drunk driving for an eighth time.
A State Police officer pulled over 45-year-old Joseph Tenorio Sunday morning near I-25 and Montgomery because he could not stay in his own lane.
Tenorio was also clocked at driving 52 mph in a 65 mph zone.
When he got out of his truck, the officer said Tenorio had water, bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol.
He failed a field sobriety test.
"We need to pass stronger laws against repeat offenders. People make mistakes and we forgive them once, but we have too many people with multiple DWI arrests," said State Police Lt. Tim Johnson.
Tenorio has been convicted five times. He was arrested for DWI in 1992, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2008 and twice in 2009.
His charges for Sunday's arrest include aggravated DWI and possession of cocaine.
