Police say a man was killed in the Northeast Heights sometime Tuesday morning but aren't revealing much more.
APD tells us they responded to the crime scene near Pennsylvania and Menaul NE around 7 a.m. Tuesday after neighbors called 911 to report shots being fired.
When police got to the house at Hendola and Cutler NE, they say the man was already dead.
However, they won’t release information on how the man died, so we don’t know if he was shot.
Police also have not released the man’s identity.
We do know that APD has not recovered a gun and does not have a suspect in custody.
"We have a lot of conflicting stories coming from different neighbors, so it's not really clear to us, just yet, who our suspect is or what we're looking at as far as the whole scenario that played out," said police spokesperson Tasia Martinez.
Police are still talking to neighbors and trying to isolate the people who might have heard or seen something.
