Jerome Block Jr. jailed for testing positive for alcohol

A former state Public Regulations Commissioner is back in jail for a probation violation, according to inmate booking records on the Santa Fe County Jail website.
New Mexico State Police confirmed Block Jr. tested positive for alcohol.
Jerome Block Jr. was booked into the jail at 5:07 p.m. on Friday and he is being held without bond.
