Albuquerque woman dies when car hits semi-truck

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Albuquerque police say a 65-year-old woman died after her car ran a red light and slammed into the side of a semi-truck trailer.
Jane McDonald died at a hospital several hours after Friday evening's accident in central Albuquerque.
Police say she was driving a compact car north on Jefferson Street when she ran a red light at Ellison Street and hit the truck.
Police say neither driver was impaired.
