Armijo sets state record

Socorro's Dezirae Armijo became the state's all-time leading soccer scorer this week. Armijo scored seven goals against Pojoaque on Monday bringing her career total to 178. She has 22 goals this season after only five games.
The previous record holder was St. Michael's Jordan Miller, who held the record for the last six years.
