KOB Eyewitness News 4 has learned a woman accused of leaving a toddler in a hot car is no longer on an immigration hold.

Sandra Rodriguez-Miramontes bonded out of jail a couple weeks ago.

She was arrested in August, after Albuquerque police said she forgot her two-year-old nephew in the car while she went to work at a daycare.

The boy died.

The Second Judicial District Attorney's Office said it still plans to prosecute her for child abuse.
