UNM unveils news state of the art medical facility

The UNM Health Sciences Center held a grand opening of its new Innovation, Discovery and Training Complex Friday.
The 89,000 square foot remodeled facility will house the hospital's Center for Molecular Discovery; Center for Digestive Diseases Research; and Emergency Medical Services Academy and Center for Disaster Medicine.
A $16.5 million renovation has equipped the complex to quickly advance the Health Sciences Center’s research, clinical and educational missions, according to a press release.
