TUCUMCARI, N.M. (AP) - Authorities say human remains unearth in rural Quay County have been identified as those belonging to a missing Tucumcari woman.

New Mexico State Police said Tuesday that the remains of Kimberly Draman, who had been missing since Sept. 13, were positively identified by the Office of the Medical Investigators Office.

Authorities were lead to the remains after a man was arrested while driving Draman's car.

State Police Lt. Robert McDonald said in a statement that Frank Keller has admitted being involved in the death of Kimberly Draman but has not been charged.

He said Keller agreed to take investigators to the remains near the intersection of U.S. Highway 54 and County Road AC about 12 miles northeast of Tucumcari.

It was unclear if Keller had an attorney.
