The recall involving products made at a New Mexico peanut plant is widening.

The Portales-based company Sunland has now added raw and roasted peanuts to their blacklist.

Sunland manufactured peanut butter sold by Trader Joe's that's been linked to 35 salmonella illnesses across 19 states.

Sunland has since recalled everything made in its contaminated plant since March 2010. Salmonella causes diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps.

Children, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems are most at risk.

A spokeswoman for Sunland says the company plans to completely renovate the inside of the plant with new, state-of-the-art equipment.

The company did not release a timeline for the renovation.
