Car barrels through man's living room

KOB Eyewitness News 4 has learned of a car that crashed into the living room of a house near Arizona and Constitution. 

The incident occured at 1802 Arizona St. NE around 8:00 p.m.

Police said two people were trapped in the BMW which was upside-down.

Those two people have been transported to UNMH.

We're told the driver of the car lost control, hit some bricks and flew towards the home crashing into it.

The home belongs to Tony Maese who was inside the home when the crash occured. Maes said it was something he never could've expected. He said he saw a few people inside the car.

Our crew at the scene tells us a tow truck has pulled the car from the living room.

More than 200 people are without power in the area because of the crash. PNM crews are working to get power restored.

Police did not release any more information about crash and those involved.
