Man accused of giving kids pot

A man accused of giving weed to middle school students was in court Sunday.
Davian Breedlove stood before a judge on charges of distribution and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
A criminal complaint states a Roosevelt Middle School student was caught with pot. The boy told police another student gave him the drugs. He also told officers the child who gave them to him got them from a relative who was running a grow house.
Police did find the grow operation. They said Breedlove lived at the home where it was found. He also faces charges of child abuse as police said there were several guns laying around in children's reach.
