The City of Albuquerque wants the public's input on what to do with the abandoned railyards.
The city is hoping to completely revitalize the space.
The Railyards sit just south of Downtown. The city will give a tour of the site Saturday; there will also be an open house where the public can see some of the concepts and proposals.
One of the ideas is to transform the railyard into a mized-use area that would include housing, retail space and even research companies.
The open house is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 2nd St. and Pacific.
