2nd man in fatal drag racing crash faces judge

A second driver accused of drag racing on Central Ave. and causing a deadly crash has been charged.
Albuquerque police say Anthony Ramos and David Jansen were racing on Central Ave. near 90th in June.
They are accused of hitting and killing Tara Garcia. Jansen was in court last month on vehicular homicide charges.
Ramos was arraigned in court Friday on the same charges.
Both drivers told police it was Garcia who pulled into the intersection and caused the crash.
