R. Kelly spotted 'grinding' out at Gallup gym

GALLUP, N.M. (AP) - Apparently, there's nothing wrong with a little run and grind in Gallup.
The Gallup Independent reports that R&B singer and producer R. Kelly was spotted last week working out at the Gallup Fitness Center.
The surprise appearance by the Chicago native, whose hits include "Bump and Grind" and "I Believe I Can Fly," sparked a mini frenzy in this small, western New Mexico city as fans rushed to request autographs. Witnesses say Kelly worked out in old school grey workout garb, lifted weights and spent time in the steam room.
Gallup Fitness Center General Manager Keith Money says Kelly and a small crew each paid the center's $5 walk-in fee.
Kelly later scribbled a "Be Cool" note on the fitness center's main office door.
