Six protesters arrested outside the Los Alamos National Lab won't be going to jail.

They were arrested in August while protesting the anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing.

Los Alamos Municipal Court Judge Alan Kirk threw out the charges against the six Wednesday.

Our news partners at The Los Alamos Monitor reports each protester will have to pay $200 in fines and fees.
