Nehemiah Griego to be tried as adult

District Attorney Kari Brandenberg announced Tuesday that 15-year-old Nehemiah Griego will be tried as an adult in the murder of five members of his family.
Griego will be charged with five counts of first degree murder as well as three counts of child abuse resulting in death. Each charge carries with it a 30 year sentence but the judge can lower the sentence because of Griego's age.
